- Free Consultation: The first step is to define your marketing and communications objectives. We'll discuss your business strategy, goals, design ideas, implementation of Web strategies, timeline, budget and address any topics or questions you may have.
- Scope of project and fees: Since the creation of a new website or enhancing an existing one requires an evolutionally process, we submit to you, as a result of our consultation meeting and input, our initial thoughts, concept direction, and estimated fees to accomplish your project.
- Approval and Deposit: Upon approval of scope of project and related fees, we require a deposit to commence out initiative. Concepts, designs, site colors, layout, photography, and domain name are initialized. Proofs are presented to you on an going basis for feedback and modifications.
- Review and Finalization: Upon completion of the site architecture, a temporary URL will be presented to the client for approval. Once approved, all aspects of the site will be launched to the actual domain.
- Maintenance and Support: Frequent updates and fine tuning are available upon request and are priced based on the size and the scope of the monthly requirements.
The name Mada-Visions
I would like to share with you the origin of the name Mada-Visions. The name Mada has very special meaning to us. My nephew Adam (Mada spelled backwards), who passed away in 1999 from a brain tumor, gave me much inspiration while he was alive (for the short time he was with us) as he does in his passing. A friend once told me that whatever I do in my life will now be in honor of him - so came mada-visions.com.
