Rehearsal Dinner The rehearsal took place a night before the wedding. We met down by the beach where the ceremony would take place. The sun was shining off of the lake – it was a pretty cool sight for those of us who had never been there before. (And I know we were all silently praying that the sun would shine the next day – rain was in the forecast!) After we finished rehearsing, we headed over to David’s parent’s house. As we all know – nothing can replace a home cooked meal from Mom! And she outdid herself as usual…we all left a tad bit heavier than we got there…but happy nonetheless. After everyone had gone home, David and Emily spent a couple minutes alone at the end of the night…I’m sure reflecting on how this would be the last time she would be known as Ms. Martin and… the last time David would have his laundry done by his mother! ..: View Photos of Engagement Party and Rehearsal Dinner :.
